Increase your production up to 30% by adding an additional three-meter
heat set section on your standard 200 mm TVP tunnel, for a total
of 12 meters of heat-setting capacity.
The belt density remains
the same, but by increasing the belt speed by four or five meters
a minute, the coiler speed increases as well. The additional heat-set
zone allows for the same dwell time in the autoclave chamber that
is currently being applied.
The result is a 25% to 30% rise in
production without changing any of the current process specifications.
