Cabling and Twisting

Muschamp Machine Services offer and supply an extensive range of replacement spare parts for Twisting and Cabling Machinery.

Each part has been systematically assessed, checked and approved to perform at least equal to the original equipment manufactured, and, in some cases improved to perform better.

Replacement spare parts are available for:

? Verdol (IBCT)
? Muschamp
? Cobble

The majority of parts we offer primarily concerned with the yarn parth, which naturally are high wear components and normally price sensitive, to which Muschamp Machine Services understand and work with customers to achieve more margin on production.

Volkmann (Saurer)

Muschamp Machine Services supply all spindle parts for VTS05 - VTS09 including early series assemblies. We offer high usage yarn path parts including Overfeed Shells and Assemblies, Guides, Drive Belts and Take Up Rollers.

Verdol (ICBT)

Muschamp Machine Services supply all spindle parts for U, G, RM and NM Spindle assemblies and high usage yarn path parts.

We can also offer a parts sample service, whereby you can try any part for a trial period. If you decide to keep the part, just send payment. If you are not satisfied with the part simply return it to us.
